Existing Rights. 9.1 Any rights of the Licensor expressly and explicitly set out under this Licence Agreement are without prejudice to any other right conferred on the Licensor by the Copyright Ordinance (Chapter 528) or existing at law. 9.2 Any rights of the Licensees expressly and explicitly set out under this Licence Agreement are without prejudice to any other right conferred on the Licensees by the Copyright Ordinance (Chapter 528) or existing at law.
