Common use of Existence and Good Standing Certificates Clause in Contracts

Existence and Good Standing Certificates. Administrative Agent shall have received an existence and good standing certificate from the applicable Governmental Authority of Borrower’s and each such other Restricted Person’s jurisdiction of incorporation, organization or formation, each dated a recent date prior to the effectiveness of this Amendment.
