Common use of Exercise of Termination Right Clause in Contracts

Exercise of Termination Right. If this Agreement is terminated by any of the Agents pursuant to Section 11, there shall be no further liability to the Corporation on the part of such Agent or of the Corporation to such Agent, except in respect of any liability that may have arisen or may thereafter arise under Sections 14 and 15. The right of the Agents or any one of them to terminate their respective obligations under this Agreement is in addition to such other remedies as they may have in respect of any default, act or failure to act of the Corporation in respect of any of the matters contemplated by this Agreement. A notice of termination given by one Agent under Section 11 shall not be binding upon the other Agents.
