Exercise of Termination Right. If this Agreement is terminated by the Agent pursuant to paragraph 13, there shall be no further liability to the Corporation on the part of the Agent or of the Corporation to the Agent, except in respect of any liability which may have arisen or may thereafter arise under paragraphs 16 and 19. The right of the Agent to terminate its respective obligations under this Agreement is in addition to such other remedies as it may have in respect of any default, act or failure to act of the Corporation in respect of any of the matters contemplated by this Agreement.

Exercise of Termination Right. The right of the Agent to terminate its respective obligations under this Agreement is in addition to such other remedies as it may have in respect of any default, act or failure to act of the Corporation in respect of any of the matters contemplated by this Agreement.

The right of the Agent to terminate its respective obligations under this Agreement is in addition to such other remedies as it may have in respect of any default, act or failure to act of the Corporation in respect of any of the matters contemplated by this Agreement.

A notice of termination given by one Agent under paragraph 14 shall not be binding upon the other Agents.
