Executive’s Beneficiary. For the purposes hereof, Executive’s beneficiary will be the person or persons designated as such in a written beneficiary designation filed with the Company, which may be revoked or revised in the same manner at any time prior to Executive’s death. In the absence of a properly filed written beneficiary designation or if no designated beneficiary survives Executive, Executive’s estate will be deemed to be the beneficiary hereunder.
