Executive Level Performance Review. If the Project Manager level performance review does not result in successful resolution of the dispute, the appropriate executive officers of MetroPCS and Supplier shall meet in an effort to resolve the dispute. Written minutes of such meetings shall be kept by the parties. If these representatives are unable to resolve the dispute within five (5) days after the representatives have commenced negotiations, or ten (10) days have passed since the initial request for negotiations at this level, then the dispute may be submitted to non-binding mediation in accordance with Section 14.3. -42-
