Executive Council Structure. The Executive Council will make all final and substantive decisions regarding CORE3, and will be composed of the following membership: a. Core Partner seats (all voting) b. Ex Officio seats: i. Sheriff’s Office Emergency Managers (3 non voting seats) ii. State agencies: OEM (1 voting seat), Governor’s Office (1 voting seat) c. Associate seats (2 voting, all others non voting)
