Common use of Executive Benefits Clause in Contracts

Executive Benefits. During the Employment Term, Executive shall be eligible to participate in such employee benefit plans as are generally available to other senior executives of the Company.

The Company reserves the right to cancel or change the benefit plans and programs it offers to its Executives at any time.

During the Employment Termperiod of Executive's employment hereunder, Executive shall be eligible to participate in such all employee benefit benefits plans of the Company on the same basis as those benefits are generally made available from time to other time to senior executives of the Company.
