Common use of Executive Assistant Clause in Contracts

Executive Assistant. Employer shall provide Employee with a full-time Executive assistant of Employee’s choosing which at a minimum shall be comparable to Employee’s staff member currently providing such services to Employee . Such Executive assistant shall be available to undertake other assignments for staff members as the assistant’s time and expertise permits.
