Upon receipt of a completed application, the Project Manager shall forward to the applicant a copy of the addendum to this Funding Agreement entitled “Addendum Joining Additional Party,” as set forth in Exhibit E, with the applicant’s status as a Nominal Funder or Full Funder identified. The executed copy of the Addendum Joining Additional Party shall be returned to the Project Manager. An addendum executed pursuant to the process set forth in this Funding Agreement is incorporated by this reference into this Funding Agreement.
