EXECUTION, COUNTERPARTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE. This Agreement and any amendments thereto, shall be executed on behalf of each Principal by its duly authorized representative and pursuant to an appropriate motion, resolution or ordinance. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be an original, but those counterparts will constitute one and the same instrument. This Agreement shall be deemed adopted and effective as of [January 1, 2023] (the “Effective Date”), subject to approval by the legislative bodies of all five Principals prior filing of the Agreement as required by Section 28.
