The Securities shall be signed on behalf of the Company by its chief executive officer, or one of its presidents, or one of its vice presidents, or its chief financial officer, or its chief legal officer, or its treasurer, or one of its assistant treasurers, or its controller or its assistant controller or its secretary, or one of its assistant secretaries, under its corporate seal attested by its secretary or one of its assistant secretaries.
