The Trustee on behalf of the Trust shall execute, and the Administrator shall authenticate and deliver on the Closing Date to or upon the order of the Depositor, in exchange for the Home Equity Loans, concurrently with the assignment and conveyance to the Trustee of the Home Equity Loans, the Class A Certificates and Class M Certificates in authorized denominations and the Residual Certificate, together evidencing the ownership of the entire Trust.
