Common use of Exclusive Services Clause in Contracts

Exclusive Services. During the Term, the Executive shall devote his full-time working time to his duties hereunder, shall faithfully serve the Company, shall in all respects conform to and comply with the lawful and good faith directions and instructions given to him by the Board and shall use his best efforts to promote and serve the interests of the Company. Further, the Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, render services to any other for-profit person or organization without the consent of the Board, or otherwise engage in activities that would interfere with the performance of his duties hereunder.
