Exclusive Representative Stewards Clause Samples
The 'Exclusive Representative Stewards' clause designates specific individuals or positions as the sole authorized representatives of a union or employee group within a workplace. These stewards are typically responsible for handling grievances, representing employees in discussions with management, and ensuring the enforcement of collective bargaining agreements. By clearly identifying who may act on behalf of the employees, this clause streamlines communication, prevents confusion over representation, and ensures that both management and employees know who to approach for official labor matters.
