Common use of Exclusive Compensation Clause in Contracts

Exclusive Compensation. The compensation and benefits described in this Section 2 shall be the exclusive compensation due to the Employee from the Company or any of its affiliates during or on account of the services of the Employee. If directed by the Company, the Employee shall provide the services described in this Agreement to one or more affiliates of the Company without compensation other than as specified in this Section 2.
