Charge Backs. By signing this agreement, the Client is waiving the right to pursue any charge backs for credit card fees processed by the Company.
Charge Backs. In any case, where Insurer has credited a commission to Broker-Dealer on the basis of a premium on a Variable Contract issued and the premium is returned to the purchaser Insurer will charge back such commissions.

Subject to the Merchant complying with clauses 5.1 and 7.1.5 of this Agreement, and subject to anything contained in any separate contract, arrangement or understanding between the Merchant and an Acquirer as to the validity of a Transaction or the authority of that Acquirer to decline, reverse or charge back a Transaction, the Bank will not be entitled to charge back a Valid Transaction to the Merchant.

Carrier may not impose charge backs against the compensation due the Contractor except for cash advances or the actual cost to the Carrier for providing the specific items identified in Appendix D annexed hereto and made a part hereof. Appendix D identifies all items for which a charge back is authorized that are not otherwise specifically provided for in this agreement and shows how the amount is computed for each item to be charged back to the Contractor. The Contractor shall be entitled to copies of those documents necessary to determine the validity of all items charged back against compensation due the Contractor.
Charge Backs. Servicer shall issue account charge backs where appropriate and necessary. All transactions that meet all criterions agreed upon by Servicer and Bank, such criterion to be in compliance with applicable Network Rules and Applicable Law, will be issued charge backs by Servicer in an effort to recover funds from a merchant that has either made an error or charged an amount not authorized by Servicer or Bank.
Charge Backs. 7.0 The Bank may withhold payment in respect of a Sales voucher or, if the Merchant has received payment, the amount of the Sales voucher shall be immediately repaid or recovered by the Bank from his Deposits or his Bank account notwithstanding that the debit created an overdraft,
Charge Backs. If a customer initiates a charge back, which is against the terms and conditions outlined here, the Company may apply a US$50.00 processing fee for each individual charge-back.
Charge Backs. If a Card Holder disputes a charge to their credit card, or if an Account Holder disputes a charge to their account, including any resubmissions of any credit card or ACH transactions, Company agrees to cooperate with Customer and Customer’s payment processor in connection with Customer providing such documentation to the relevant financial institution and requesting resolution of the dispute; provided, however, that notwithstanding the foregoing, Customer shall ultimately be solely responsible for resolving any such disputes with the Card Holder or Account Holder.

An Advertiser may apply, or CJ may apply, a debit to Your Account in an amount equal to a Payout previously credited to Your Account in circumstances of : (i) product returns; (ii) duplicate entry or other clear error; (iii) non-bona fide Transactions; (iv) non-receipt of payment from, or refund of payment to, the Visitor by the Advertiser; or (v) Publisher failure to comply with Advertiser’s Program terms or other agreement with Advertiser (“Charge-back”). Charge-backs may be applied to Your Account at any time, including previous payment cycles.
