REPLACEMENT BUSINESS. If any policy is issued to replace a policy previously issued by Insurer or an affiliate, commissions will accrue only if and to the extent that Insurer's established practices provide for commissions on such replacements.
REPLACEMENT BUSINESS. The amount and time of payment of commissions on replacements, changes, transfers, or exchanges from a policy previously issued by Insurer or an affiliate shall be governed by Insurer's rules and regulations.
