Common use of Exclusive Compensation Clause in Contracts

Exclusive Compensation. The payments to be made to Manager hereunder shall be in lieu of all other or further compensation or commissions of any nature whatsoever for the services described herein and this Agreement shall be considered as a special agreement between the parties hereto covering the appointment and compensation of Manager to the exclusion of any other method of compensation unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
