Exclusion Process. a. A member of the Settlement Class may request to be excluded from the Settlement Class in writing by a request postmarked, postmarked or submitted electronically to the Settlement Administrator via the Settlement Website, on or before the Objection/Exclusion Deadline approved by the Court and specified in the NoticeDeadline.

e. Within three (3) business days after the Objection/Exclusion Deadline, the Settlement Administrator shall provide Class Counsel and Defendant’s Counsel a written list reflecting all timely and valid exclusions from the Settlement Class.
f. A list reflecting all individuals who timely and validly excluded themselves form from the Settlement shall also be filed with the Court at the time of the motion for final approval of the settlementSettlement.

Exclusion Process. a. A member of the Settlement Class may request to be excluded from the Settlement Class in writing by a request postmarked, or submitted electronically via the Settlement Website, on or before the Objection/Exclusion Deadline approved by the Court and specified in the Notice.
b.
