Common use of Exclusion of Warranty Clause in Contracts

Exclusion of Warranty. Nothing contained in this Lease or in any consent granted or approval given by the Lessor under it implies or warrants that the Leasehold Area may be used under the Planning Acts for the purpose herein authorised or any purpose subsequently authorised and the Lessee hereby acknowledges that the Lessor has not given or made, at any time, any representation or warranty that any such use is or will be or will remain a permitted use under the Planning Acts.
