Exclusion of Implied Warranties. (a) Nothing in this Agreement excludes, restricts or modifies any condition, warranty, right or remedy implied or imposed by any statute or regulation which cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, which may include the Australian Consumer Law and corresponding provisions of State or Territory legislation containing implied terms and warranties which operate to protect the purchasers of goods and services in various circumstances.
