Exchange Programs. ‌ The Employer agrees that exchange programs between the Freshwater Fisheries Society of BC and other jurisdictions, public and private, will be encouraged. Subject to the Employer's approval, employees will be given the opportunity to participate in exchange programs at full pay and allowances.
