Exchange Programs. The Employer agrees that exchange programs between the Public Service of British Columbia and other jurisdictions, public and private, will be encouraged. Employees in classifications listed in Appendix 2 or 3 or Heritage Resource Officer (Museum Curator) in Appendix 5 will be given the opportunity to participate in exchange programs at full pay and allowances.
