Exception to General Rule – Compensable Delay. The extension of the Contract Time and/or the adjustment to the Contract Sum specifically provided for in this Section shall be CM/GC‟s sole and exclusive remedy for delays, hindrances, interferences or resulting inefficiencies and re-sequencing.
