Examination Under Oath. We have a right to examine under oath, as often as We may reasonably require, an Insured Person, the Policyholder or the beneficiary. We may also require the Insured Person, the Policyholder or the beneficiary to provide a signed description of the circumstances surrounding the Loss and their interest in the Loss.
