Evidence Required. On the Effective Date of this Agreement, ▇▇▇ shall provide BPA with a certificate of insurance (Certificate of Insurance) executed by an authorized representative of the insurer(s) evidencing that ▇▇▇ insurance complies with this section. A copy of all required endorsements shall be attached to and form a part of the Certificate of Insurance.
