Common use of Evidence of Insurance Clause in Contracts

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or Lender’s loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or lender’s loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of all other insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in Section 7.07 hereof and otherwise set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing general liability and casualty property insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Collateral Agent as additional insured (in the case of general liability insurance) or lender’s loss payee for claims in excess of $10,000,000 (in the case of hazard property insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, including naming the Administrative Agent and its successors and assigns as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or lender’s loss payee (in the case of hazard property insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties Borrower evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, including naming the Administrative Agent and its successors and assigns as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard property insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Credit Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Note Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or lender’s loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the LendersSecured Parties.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or Lender’s loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders, under such liability and casualty insurance policies maintained with respect to the assets and properties of the Loan Parties that constitute substantially all of the Collateral.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Domestic Loan Parties evidencing liability liability, casualty and casualty flood insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Consolidated Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Credit Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or Lender’s loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the LendersSecured Parties.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties and endorsements evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or Lender’s loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard or casualty insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Consolidated Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Credit Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or sole loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the LendersSecured Parties and the Administrative Agent and the other Secured Parties as additional insureds, each as appropriate.

Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Credit Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Credit Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Collateral Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies insurance certificates and endorsements of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, (naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) Agent, on behalf of the LendersSecured Parties, as an additional insured or loss payee, as the case may be), evidencing that all insurance required to be maintained pursuant to the Loan Documents has been obtained and is in effect.

Evidence of Insurance. Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, subject to Section 7.21, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or lender’s loss payee (in the case of hazard casualty and property insurance) on behalf of the LendersSecured Parties.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan DocumentsSection 7.07, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the applicable Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the applicable Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Domestic Lenders or the Canadian Lenders, as applicable.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties Obligors evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, including naming the Administrative Agent or Control Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of Agent, for the benefit of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties Tutor Subsidiaries evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Acquired Companies that will become Credit Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Credit Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Credit Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, including naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.Lenders and as additional insured and copies of credit insurance policies insuring foreign Accounts to be included as Eligible Accounts Receivable. Each loss payee endorsement shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit L.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Collateral Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders).

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Control Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, Documents and naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or lender’s loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee or mortgagee, as its interest may appear (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders).

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties Obligors evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or lender’s loss payee (in the case of hazard property insurance) on behalf of the LendersSecured Parties.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties members of the Consolidated Group evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Credit Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or sole loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the DIP Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee or mortgagee, as its interest may appear (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders).

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Credit Parties evidencing general comprehensive liability and casualty property insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Credit Documents, including, but not limited towithout limitation, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the LendersLenders and each Lender as additional insured, as applicable.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance coverage meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, including naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or Lender’s loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Credit Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Note Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or lender’s loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.Secured Parties. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parent and the Consolidated Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Credit Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.;

Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of all other insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in Section 7.07 hereof and otherwise set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties members of the Consolidated Group evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Credit Documents, including, but not limited towithout limitation, naming the Administrative Collateral Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or sole loss payee (in the case of hazard casualty insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties Obligors evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or lender’s loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the LendersSecured Parties.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Consolidated Group (other than the Foreign Credit Parties and their Subsidiaries) evidencing liability liability, flood hazard and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Credit Documents, including, but not limited to, including naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of flood hazard and casualty insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or lender loss payee or mortgagee, as applicable (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties Borrower or the Servicer on its behalf evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Collateral Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or and sole loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent Control Agent, as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or and as loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) for the benefit of the Collateral Agent (on behalf of the Lenders) and for the benefit of the Second Lien Collateral Agent (on behalf of the Second Lien Lenders).

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of --------------------- insurance certificates or policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting (including builders' risk and all-risk permanent policies) and liability conforming to the requirements set forth in of this Credit Agreement and the Loan other Credit Documents, including, but not limited to, naming showing the Administrative Agent as sole loss payee with respect to the casualty insurance and as additional insured (in the case of with respect to liability insurance) or loss payee (, in the each case together with evidence of hazard insurance) on behalf payment of the Lenderspremiums thereon.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties and endorsements evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or Xxxxxx’s loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing general liability and casualty property insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Collateral Agent as additional insured (in the case of general liability insurance) or lender’s loss payee for claims in excess of $10,000,000 (in the case of hazard property insurance) on behalf of the Lendersholders of the Obligations.

Evidence of Insurance. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies, endorsements to insurance policies or and/or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or Lender’s loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.
