Evidence of Insurability. Platform shall have the capability to initiate the Evidence of Insurability (EOI) process with respect to Guardian’s EOI electronic portal (commonly known as “EOI web application”) and ensure that the appropriate rules which trigger EOI events are added, when applicable. Platform shall also have the capability to retrieve decisions provided electronically by Guardian and update pending Plan coverage statuses following the completion of the Evidence of Insurability process.
