Evidence-based. Approach means a nutrition education and obesity prevention approach that integrates the best research evidence with the best available practice-based evidence. a. The best research evidence refers to relevant, rigorous nutrition and public health nutrition research, including systematically reviewed scientific evidence.
Evidence-based. Empirically supported treatments (ESTs) and evidence-based treatments (EBTs), both frequently referred to as evidence-based practices (EBPs), are important components of a service delivery system. Additionally, there are other practices that may not be empirically based that work in culturally diverse communities that must be considered and used if appropriate. These practices may be called practice-based evidence (PBE) or community defined evidence (CDE).
Evidence-based. The Contractor will: (i) support the collection and management of labour mobility data, analysis and research in order to enable informed decision-making; and (ii) will share information, analysis and research findings in a timely manner to labour mobility stakeholders and decision makers.
