Common use of Evening Shift Clause in Contracts

Evening Shift. (a) The normal hours of work for the visiting evening shift will be sixteen hundred (1600) hours to twenty-four hundred (2400) hours. If the Employer plans to implement changes to the evening shift hours, the Employer will provide the Union with thirty (30) calendar days notice and will meet with the Union within two (2) weeks of the notice to discuss any issues related to the change in hours.

If the Employer plans to implement changes to the evening shift hours, the Employer will provide the Union with thirty (30) calendar days notice and will meet with the Union within two (2) weeks of the notice to discuss any issues related to the change in hours.
