Common use of Evening Shift Clause in Contracts

Evening Shift. An employee who works an evening shift in which the employee works four (4) or more hours between 5:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. shall receive a shift differential of twelve percent (12%) of the employee's base pay. Split shifts with more than one and one-half (1-1/2) hours between the two (2) portions of the shift shall also qualify for the twelve percent (12%) hourly differential.
