EVALUATION OF OPTION YEARS. The District will evaluate offers for award purposes by evaluating the total price for all options as well as the base year. Evaluation of options shall not obligate the District to exercise them. The total District’s requirements may change during the option years. Quantities to be awarded will be determined at the time each option is exercised.
