Ethics Training. All Trustees shall attend annual ethics training of at least eight (8) hours. Such training shall include training on ethics, fiduciary duty, investments, and any other curriculum important to the administration of the MWRD Retirement Fund, as approved by the Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees shall certify annually each Trustee’s compliance with this requirement by submitting a certification to the Division of Insurance of the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, or other designated State entity.
