Ethics Policy. Supplier acknowledges that it and its employees, consultants and agents shall comply with Iron Row's Ethics Compliance Program and Code of Ethics, Conduct and Responsibility (the "Code"), that all employees, consultants and agents of Supplier understand their obligations thereunder, and the restrictions imposed upon Supplier by the Code, and that Supplier agrees to abide by the applicable obligations and restrictions of the Code.
