Ethics Guide Clause Samples

An Ethics Guide clause establishes standards of ethical conduct that parties to an agreement are expected to follow. It typically outlines principles such as honesty, integrity, compliance with laws, and avoidance of conflicts of interest, and may require parties to implement internal policies or training to uphold these standards. By setting clear expectations for ethical behavior, this clause helps prevent misconduct and promotes a culture of accountability and trust between the parties.
