Common use of Ethics and Corporate Governance Committee Clause in Contracts

Ethics and Corporate Governance Committee. The Technical Committee shall appoint at least 3 (three) Independent Members to form an ethics and corporate governance committee (the “Ethics and Corporate Governance Committee”). The meeting requirements, other procedural rules and responsibilities of the Ethics and Corporate Governance Committee shall be determined by the Technical Committee from time to time.
