Ethical Policy. Customer and Contractor may each from time to time advise the other Party of any ethical or business practices policy which apply to the relevant Party and the other Party shall use reasonable endeavours to adhere to such policy, provided it does not affect the safe or reliable operation of the Vessel or give rise to the other Party incurring any unnecessary cost.
