Ethical Issues. 7.1 Neither the Vendor nor any of its officers or employees who are employed in or provide services to the Business have either in private business dealings or in dealings with the public / government sector directly or indirectly given, offered or received or agreed (either themselves or in agreement with others) to offer, give or receive any bribe or committed or attempted to commit (either themselves or in agreement with others) any other corrupt act whether in the United Kingdom or elsewhere in the world. 7.2 Neither the Vendor nor any of its officers or employees who are employed in or provide services to the Business have, in relation to the Business or the affairs of the customers or suppliers or contacts of the Business, whether acting as principal or agent, received, agreed or attempted to receive the proceeds of or profits from a crime or agreed to assist any person to retain the benefits of a crime.
