Common use of ESTIMATED QUANTITIES Clause in Contracts

ESTIMATED QUANTITIES. Whenever estimated quantities of Work to be done on a unit-price basis are shown in the Contract, differences between the actual number of units of Work encountered and the estimated quantities of units shall not result in an increase or decrease in the unit prices or provide the basis for any claim against Con Edison or O&R by Contractor.
