Estate Agents Act 1979. Under the Estate Agents Act, 1979, an agent is required to disclose to the prospective Purchaser(s) any personal interest that may exist between you and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Live. This includes any family or business relationship, or association, between you and any personnel of Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Live. If there is any such relationship or association, please indicate below under ‘MARKETING INSTRUCTIONS’ the nature and extent of it. Similarly, when an appropriate stage is reached Xxxxxx Xxxxxx LIve must disclose any form of relationship or association (if known) regarding a prospective purchaser.

  • CLEAN AIR ACT AND THE FEDERAL WATER POLLUTION CONTROL ACT (a) If the Sub-Recipient, with the funds authorized by this Agreement, enters into a contract that exceeds $150,000, then any such contract must include the following provision: Contractor agrees to comply with all applicable standards, orders or regulations issued pursuant to the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7401-7671q) and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act as amended (33 U.S.C. 1251-1387), and will report violations to FEMA and the Regional Office of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

Each Party shall accord fair and equitable treatment and full protection and security in accordance with customary international law in its territory to investment of investors of the other Party. 2. For greater certainty, (a) the concepts of "fair and equitable treatment" and "full protection and security" do not require additional treatment to that required under the minimum standard of treatment of aliens in accordance with the standard of customary international law; (b) a determination that there has been a breach of another provision of this Agreement or another international agreement does not imply that the minimum standard of treatment of aliens has been breached; (c) "fair and equitable treatment" includes the prohibition against denial of justice in criminal, civil, or administrative proceedings in accordance with the general accepted principles of customary international law; and (d) the "full protection and security" standard does not imply, in any case, a better treatment to that accorded to nationals of the Party where the investment has been made.

  • Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 The Contractor shall comply with section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. § 794), as amended, and any applicable regulations. The Contractor agrees that no qualified individual with handicaps shall, solely on the basis of handicap, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or otherwise be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity that receives Federal financial assistance from HUD.
