Common use of Establishment of Point of Interconnection Clause in Contracts

Establishment of Point of Interconnection. 2.1. The point where the electric energy first leaves the wires or facilities owned by the Distributor and enters the wires or facilities provided by Participant is the “Point of Interconnection.” Distributor and Participant agree to interconnect the Qualifying System at the Point of Interconnection in accordance with the Distributor’s rules, regulations, by-laws, and rates (the “Rules”) which are incorporated herein by reference, and the generator and all related interconnection equipment will comply with the Distributor’s Distributed Generation Interconnection Procedures.

The point where the electric energy first leaves the wires or facilities owned by the Distributor and enters the wires or facilities provided by Participant is the “Point of Interconnection.” Distributor and Participant agree to interconnect the Qualifying System at the Point of Interconnection in accordance with the Distributor’s rules, regulations, by-laws, and rates (the “Rules”) by‐laws which are incorporated herein by reference, and the generator Qualifying System and all related interconnection equipment will comply with the Distributor’s Distributed Customer Generation Interconnection Procedures.

The point where the electric energy first leaves the wires or facilities owned by the Distributor Cooperative and enters the wires or facilities provided by Participant Interconnection Member is the “Point of Interconnection.” Distributor Cooperative and Participant Interconnection Member agree to interconnect the Qualifying System Facilities at the Point of Interconnection in accordance with the DistributorCooperative’s rules, regulations, by-laws, and rates (the “Rules”) which are incorporated herein by reference, and the generator and all related . The interconnection equipment will comply installed by the Interconnection Member (“Interconnection Facilities”) shall be in accordance with the Distributor’s Distributed Generation Interconnection ProceduresRules as well.

The interconnection equipment will comply installed by the Member ("Interconnection Facilities") shall also be in accordance with the Distributor’s Distributed Generation Interconnection Proceduresrules of the Cooperative.
