Where a weekend off is not granted within a three week period, time worked on such third weekend and every subsequent weekend shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half.   • Professional Days Upon prior written application to the College, an Employee may, be granted permission to attend, during time periods when the Employee is responsible for performing duties for the College, educational and professional activities without loss of pay.

  • Compensation for Holidays Falling on Scheduled Days Off 1. When a holiday falls on a full-time employee's regularly scheduled day off, the employee shall receive eight (8) hours of compensatory time.

  • Days Off 17.1 The Employer shall schedule two (2) consecutive days off for each employee each week provided that it is recognized that due to the nature of the Employer’s operation in providing a public service, the scheduling of two (2) consecutive days off may not always be feasible. The employer may request through the union that the employee forego two consecutive days off.

  • Length of Day The total workday shall consist of not more than 7 hours and 45 minutes and shall include a scheduled duty-free lunch period as provided to employees or SUCCESS employees under Subsection 3 of this Article.

  • Paid Service Offerings With respect to those Services for which we charge a fee to use or access, the payment terms with respect to such Services wil be presented to you at the time of acceptance of such Services and this XXXX.   • Overtime Lieu Time Where an employee has worked an accumulated approved overtime hours (other than overtime hours related to paid holidays) such employee shall have the option of electing payment at the applicable overtime rate or time off equivalent to the applicable overtime rate (i.e. where the applicable rate I time and one-half, then time off shall be at one and one-half times. Where an employee chooses the latter option, such time off must be taken within the succeeding two pay periods of the occurrence of the overtime at a time mutually agreeable to the Hospital and the employee, or payment in accordance with the former option shall be made. An employee shall not be required to take time off to avoid payment of overtime.
