Escrow Agreement Form. In the event the Contract meets the requirements as stipulated in Section 6.2 of these Instructions to Bidders and the successful bidder elects to use the escrow account procedure, the Escrow Agreement Form, as provided in the Contract Documents, shall be executed and submitted to the City within fifteen (15) calendar days after receipt of written notification of bid acceptance. If the executed Escrow Agreement Form is not submitted within the fifteen-day period, the successful bidder shall forfeit and waive the rights to the use of the escrow account procedure.
