ERZ Controllers Clause Samples

ERZ Controllers. Employees appointed as ERZ Controllers will be paid the ERZ Controller rate for the duration of their appointment to this position. While appointed as an ERZ Controller, an Employee will be paid at 12.5 hours for each shift worked and paid overtime on the occasions where they work in excess of 12.5 hours.
