Common use of Erectile or Other Sexual Dysfunction Clause in Contracts

Erectile or Other Sexual Dysfunction. The Plan does not provide Benefits for any drugs, supplies, services, surgery or equipment for the treatment or correction of Sexual Dysfunction for male or female sexual problems. This exclusion includes sexual therapy and counseling, penile prostheses or implants, vascular or artificial reconstruction, prescription drugs, and all other procedures and equipment developed for or used in the treatment of impotency, and all related diagnostic testing.
