Equitable Services. An LEA that receives ARP ▇▇▇▇▇ funds under this grant is not required to provide equitable services to non-public school students and teachers with the ARP ▇▇▇▇▇ funding. The Utah State Board of Education is administering the new Emergency Assistance for Non-Public Schools (Utah EANS Website) program, which allows non-public schools to seek equitable services directly from USBE.
