Common use of Equitable Services Clause in Contracts

Equitable Services. An LEA that receives ARP ▇▇▇▇▇ funds under this grant is not required to provide equitable services to non-public school students and teachers with the ARP ▇▇▇▇▇ funding. The Utah State Board of Education is administering the new Emergency Assistance for Non-Public Schools (Utah EANS Website) program, which allows non-public schools to seek equitable services directly from USBE. Records pertaining to this award under 2 C.F.R. 200.334 and 34 C.F.R. 76.730, including financial records related to use of grant funds, must be retained separately from the LEAs original ▇▇▇▇▇ I funds awarded in 2020 and ▇▇▇▇▇ II awarded in 2021. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis through the Utah Grants Management system.
