Equitable Class Size Clause Samples
The Equitable Class Size clause establishes a standard for maintaining balanced student numbers across different classes or sections. In practice, this clause may require that no class exceeds a certain number of students or that enrollment is distributed as evenly as possible among available classes. By implementing such guidelines, the clause helps ensure fairness in workload for instructors and equitable learning environments for students, preventing overcrowding and promoting effective teaching and learning conditions.
