Common use of Equipment Clause in Contracts

Equipment. 9 17.1 All items purchased with funds provided under this Agreement, or 10 which are furnished to CONTRACTOR by COUNTY, which have a single unit cost of 11 at least five thousand dollars ($5,000), including sales tax, shall be 12 considered Capital Equipment. Title to all Capital Equipment shall, upon 13 purchase, vest and remain in COUNTY. The use of such items of Capital 14 Equipment is limited to the performance of this Agreement. Upon the 15 termination of this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall immediately return any items 16 of Capital Equipment to COUNTY or its representatives, or dispose of them in 17 accordance with the directions of ADMINISTRATOR.

Upon the 15 termination of this 19 Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall immediately return any items 16 of Capital Equipment to 20 COUNTY or its representatives, or dispose of them in 17 accordance with the directions of 21 ADMINISTRATOR.. 22 CONTRACTOR further agrees to the following:

Equipment. 9 17.1 5 All items purchased with funds provided under this Agreement, or 10 6 which are furnished to CONTRACTOR by COUNTY, which have a single unit cost of 11 7 at least five thousand dollars ($5,000), including sales tax, shall be 12 8 considered Capital Equipment. Title to all Capital Equipment shall, upon 13 9 purchase, vest and remain in COUNTY. The use of such items of Capital 14 Equipment 10 is limited to the performance of this Agreement. Upon the 15 termination of this 11 Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall immediately return any items 16 of Capital Equipment 12 to COUNTY or its representatives, or dispose of them in 17 accordance with the 13 directions of ADMINISTRATOR.

Equipment. 9 16 17.1 All items purchased with funds provided under this Agreement, or 10 17 which are furnished to CONTRACTOR by COUNTY, which have a single unit cost of 11 18 at least five thousand dollars ($5,000), including sales tax, shall be 12 19 considered Capital Equipment. Title to all Capital Equipment shall, upon 13 20 purchase, vest and remain in COUNTY. The use of such items of Capital 14 21 Equipment is limited to the performance of this Agreement. Upon the 15 termination of this Agreement, 17 CONTRACTOR shall immediately return any items 16 of Capital Equipment to COUNTY 18 or its representatives, or dispose of them in 17 accordance with the directions 19 of ADMINISTRATOR.

Upon the 15 termination of this 1 Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall immediately return any items 16 of Capital Equipment to 2 COUNTY or its representatives, or dispose of them in 17 accordance with the directions of 3 ADMINISTRATOR.

Upon the 15 termination of this 12 Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall immediately return any items 16 of Capital Equipment to 13 COUNTY or its representatives, or dispose of them in 17 accordance with the directions of 14 ADMINISTRATOR.
