Common use of Equipment To Be Covered Clause in Contracts

Equipment To Be Covered. 3.1. This Agreement is available only for equipment that was purchased directly from Accuray, installed by Accuray engineers and has not been moved from its original installation location or disconnected from its original power supply without written permission or direction from Accuray. This Agreement must immediately commence at the expiration of the factory warranty period or prior service agreement.
